Deputy Minister of Social Affairs travels to Parwan Province.

His Excellency Ghulam Haider Jilani Deputy Minister of Social Affairs comprised with Rasulullah OryaKhil Acting Deputy Minister of Admin and finance, Sayed Hamidullah Sadat chief of Staff of the Minister, Faizan Kakar General Director of orphanages, Agha Muhammad Haidari IT Director and other staff member of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs officially traveled to Parwan Province.

At first General Fazluddine Aayar Provincial governor of Parwan Province welcomed and thanked from the leadership of the Ministry, Vowed to cooperate and work closely in the field of Public Service Delivery and suggest more and more cooperation from the leadership of Ministry in related work fields.

War is the main backward factor of Our Country, three million children are vulnerable in three different categories in our society as Ministry of Labour, and Social Affairs is committed to working for Service Delivery to our People and Countrymen, Said His Excellency Ghulam Haider Jilani deputy Minister of Social Affairs.

We have a big mission from Allah to serve people, especially to vulnerable classes of society, which is the part of work Agenda of the Ministry. Parwan province has a big amount of orphanages and poverty is another downfall that wants more coordination of related departments for handling this challenge of poverty, Said Mr Jilani

His Excellency also mentioned from the approval of Social protection law and talked about a blueprint of making a Charity fund for children, which presented to the government’s cabinet for approval.

We want to solve the Challenges and problems of Afghan Children according to these laws, Mr.Jilani Added.

In the end, several agreements were signed with several academic institutions such as Parwan University, Danish University, Danish Television, Danish Hospital and Sabiri Institute for children’s talents improvement and to handle other controversial issues and challenges that children are faced.

It is mentionable that Jilani welfare institution is a helpful institution in Parwan Province that delivers cash to children.

His Excellency Mr Jilani also visited provincial directorate of Labour and Social Affairs of Parwan and Vocational Institute of the Parwan.
