Gender Departments of the Ministries held its coordination session.
For better coordination and change of experiences from the Heads of Gender departments about rights equality in all Administrations, the Gender Departments hold their coordinative session with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Women Affairs and Other Administrations in the campus of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. This is the vital and precious Session because we cannot abandon the role of women in the civil Administrative sector, Said FerdousFaroukhAmiri Head of Human Resources Department at the inauguration speech to this Session. At all, almost sixty-two percent of the staff members of the Molsa are female, these statistics are about to 92% in our orphanage General Department, and we hope we will have a female president for our Country. We want to see women at the decision-making and leadership board of Every Administrations and Gender balance in every employments, and women showed their abilities, best managers with best results in every Sector of life including Security and Society, Said SpogmaiWardak Policy and professional Deputy Minister of Women Affairs. We have three categories of women in Our Country, once those who have a presence in the leadership of Ministries and Administrations, those who take nascent steps toward improvement and determined to go forward and those who live in remote valleys of Our Country, work for family Affairs and even don’t know about their Rights, Said ZuhraHalimi Gender Officer of Molsa beside of telling about performances and Achievements. It is the duty of all to help the woman to reach their core Rights, She farther added. Decent work, Capacity Building, and Social protection are basic Goals of the Labour and Social Affairs Ministry and Gender Department needs the comprehensive cooperation of all other Administrations, Ms. Halimi Said. It is mentionable that, the Session was ended by classification of Issues and presentation about the Achievements of Molsa in the Field of Gender improvements, Human Rights concept and the related conventions that Afghanistan has annexed.
