Ministry of Labor and social Affairs has provided the opportunities for twenty derelict children who have lost their parents in the latest flooding of Parwan province.

A delegation led by the Minister of labor and social affairs traveled to Parwan province which besides of meeting with the provincial governor to monitored, evaluatedthe situation and visited the affected people after the deadly last month floods there, and to pray for the soul of martyrs of that floods.

His Excellency Bashir Ahmad Tahyanj participated in a ceremony held for the provision of educational opportunities for the children who lost their heads of families in the floods.

Besides of welcoming the delegation, the Provincial governor FazluddinAyar appreciated from the sympathy, condolences and the attention of the leadership of Molsa, Welfare organizations and especially the attention Mohammad Ashraf Ghani the President of Afghanistan.

The people of Parwan suffered huge financial and Human losses from the latest floods, Mr. Governer Said.

Wakil Ahmad Suhail the provincial director of Labor and Social Affairs shared his vision and a draft with the leadership that how to reach to these floods affected people of Parwan province and derelict children to solve their problems.

The pain of financial and human loses in Parwan province is a countrywide pain and the handling to this pain and cooperation with the affected people is our faithful responsibility, Tahyanj Added.

The Grief and glee of our people is the same, the Parwam people shouldn’t feel that they are alone, all our countrymen are with them and they will help and cooperate, Tahyanj Said.

The leadership of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is committed to cooperating comprehensively with Parwan People in the fields of social protection, educating and Training of derelict children, He furthered added.

Mr.Tahyanj said; the Draft and vision of the provincial Directorate about  the handling to the challenges of derelict children and affected people are realistic and vowed he will try most to implement it properly.

Mr. Tahyaj also visited the construction of a Complex of an orphanage in Parwan and a kindergarten and instructed the staff members of it for better service delivery.

In the session provincial council and the leadership of Ghubar-e-Shamal High School also thanked from the co-operation of all the countrymen who distributed helps to the flood-affected people of Parwan province and suggest more and more attention from the government and public sector

It is noteworthy that these 20 flood-affected children will study freely up to Bachelor degree at the GhubarShamalprivate High school and university according to an agreement signed with this private educational institution and the ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
