Haqqani further added, greater attention to these programs will be given in the future.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is implementing technical and vocational programs in various provinces, which is a positive initiative for youth employment. Congratulations to the graduates, and I urge you to serve your communities by using the skills that you acquired in the MoLSA provincial center. I call on youths to pursue their education and gain professional skills. The Deputy Governor of the Khost Province, Mawlavi Mahboob Shah Qanet, added these remarks with the participants.

After that, a representative of the COAR organization delivered a brief speech and shared information about their activities and upcoming programs. He assured that they would expand their activities to other provinces as well.

For the first time in Khost Province, nearly 1,200 young people are graduating after completing theoretical and practical training in six different professions and will receive their certificates and work tools. In accordance with the special guidance of Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him), the ministry has launched technical and vocational training programs for disabled Mujahideen. Additionally, similar opportunities have been provided for individuals recovering from addiction in various provinces. Approximately 10000 people have benefited from the program so far. We have plans to implement technical and vocational training programs for returnees, nomads, and prisoners as well, with the aim of reducing unemployment and training a skilled workforce in line with labor market needs. The establishment of the Islamic system in the country is the result of the sacrifices of Afghan people. The protection, strengthening, and continuity of this system are a shared responsibility of all, and greater attention would be given to these matters in the future. The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, added these remarks with the participants of the ceremony.

It is worth noting that the deputy minister of labor affairs was accompanied on this trip by the general director of skills development, the social affairs advisor to the leadership office, the director of the press, and the advisor to the deputy minister for labor affairs.
