به اساس تلاش و همآهنگی ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی ولایت بلخ؛ برای ۱۰۰ خانوادۀ آسیبپذیر و نادار در ساحۀ کارتۀ شفاخانۀ شهر مزار شریف (به هر خانواده مبلغ ۵۰۶۰ افغانی) از سوی مؤسسۀ خدمات انکشاف بشری برای افغانستان پرداخت شد.
ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی ولایت بلخ با ستایش از این کمک دفتر یادشده، از دیگر نهادهای امداد رسان نیز خواست تا با خوانوادههای نادار و آسیبپذیر در آن ولایت همکاری نمایند.
