به اساس تلاش و همآهنگی ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی ولایت بلخ، برای ۵۰ تن از فارغان آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای در بخش خیاطی در نواحی گوناگون شهر مزار شریف، ۱۴ قلم ابزار کار به همکاری دفتر حمایت از مردم افغانستان (SAPO) توزیع شد.
ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی ولایت بلخ با سپاسگزاری از کمکهای دفتر یاد شده، از دیگر نهادهای امدادرسان نیز خواست تا در تطبیق برنامهها و ارایۀ خدمات به مردم، با آن ریاست همکای نمایند
