Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs Meets with Representatives of Industrialists
In accordance with the directive of the honorable Amir-ul-Muaminin (may Allah protect him) to provide facilitation in official procedures for industrialists. The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, held a second meeting in his office with representatives of the private sector, such as industrialists, as well as with officials from factories and companies.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to resolve existing challenges in industry and commerce and strengthen cooperation with the private sector. They emphasized supporting traders and industrialists, meeting labor market needs, and encouraging investment in the country. The discussions also focused on prioritizing domestic workers, protecting labor rights, simplifying work license procedures, and expanding industrial and production activities.
In accordance with the laws and policies of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is ready to accelerate its efforts through coordination, cooperation, and joint programs with the private sector to reduce unemployment and create more job opportunities for the youth. Instructed the relevant departments to jointly and cooperatively address the problems of industrialists and company and factory officials, and to facilitate their administrative affairs. The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, made these remarks with the representatives of industries, companies, and factories.
In conclusion, representatives of industrial and commercial sectors appreciated the ongoing support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. They pledged in the meeting to further expand their activities in coordination with the ministry in the areas of employment.
