Acting Minister of Labour and Social Affairs meets with Turkish Ambassador to Afghanistan
His Excellency Sayed Anwar Sadat Acting Minister of Labour and Social Affairs met
at his residence with a Turkish delegation led by Oghoshkhan Aratgarl Turkish
Ambassador to Afghanistan and Sayed Yusuf Deputy Chairman of exterritorial Turks
and its related Organizations .
At the beginning Mr. Ambassador talked about Ancient and friendly Nation to
Nation relationships between Afghanistan and Turkey and added: we heartily
concerns to Afghan people and our relations are friendly and cordial.
Afghanistan is a country which receives most of Turkish Government assistances
than any other in the world, Turkish Government is Committed for the continuation
of these Assistances in future and the cooperation will be continue as past, Said Mr.
Ambassador.
We suggest Assistance to use the successful experiences of Turkish Government in
the Fields of Labour, Social Affairs, Vocational trainings and Capacity Building of
civil servants and other Staff members of MOLSA, Said His Excellency Anwar Sadat.
At this meeting both sides agreed to work on the Building of technical team for the
finalization of exact date of conclusion of cooperative Agreement at the above
mentioned fields between Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Islamic Republic
of Afghanistan and Turkish Republic Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs which will
concluded in one Month.
Sayed Yusuf Deputy Chairman of Exterritorial Turks and its related organization
congratulated the new position to His Excellency Minister of Labour and Social Affairs and
wish him best success in the Future
