The Draft of Skills National council approved in principal.

The Ministry of labor and social affair is determined to create Skills National council with the coordination to the private sector, for this purpose today in a meeting with the representatives of various parts of the private sector; the His Excellency Sayed Anwar Sadat Acting minister has comprehensive Argument that finally accepted the draft agreement of this council in principles.

To eradicate unemployment in Our Country and to hire Expert and skillful Afghans Laborers, the establishment of this council with coordination of the private sector is Vital for Afghanistan, and we hope to promote and lead this council bitterly with the help of public and private sector, the acting Minister of labor and social affairs Said Anwar Sadat said.

Alongside the private sector, the role of related and engaged ministries and administrations are important for the creation of skills national council. I hope that the representatives of related ministry will participate in next meetings to share more useful opinions with Ministry of labor and social affairs for the enrichment of this draft, Sayed Anwar Sadat added.

During the meeting, the representatives of private sector have praised this initiative of the ministry of labor and social affairs and vowed fully cooperation on the behalf of the private sector, and they expressed hope that this council to be created as soon as possible.

The goals of this council in the country are to train the skillful laborers and finding solutions of services delivery according to the work market and private sector requirements.

This ministry of labor and social affairs led council will be created with membership and cooperation of national commerce and handicraft industrial the organization, related and engaged ministries and vocational learning centers, that train the expert and skillful laborers according to the labors markets requirements and providing work opportunity for the compatriots at home.
