Short Biography of Mr. Masoudullah Oryakhil Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs.
Mr. Masoudullah Oryakhil Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs is born on January 31st, 1985 at the Afghan capital Kabul.
Mr. Oryakhil migrated to Pakistan in the 1990s decade and completed his primary education in Bi Bi Hajirah high school and secondary education in Hudaibiah high school in Peshawar city.
Mr. Masoudullah Oryakhil has studied in various fields, especially in Administration, business, English language, and computer training; Mr. Oryakhil has completed Bachelor degree in Business Administration at Kardan Private University in 2006 and received master’s degree from the American University of Afghanistan in 2014.
He worked with more governmental and non-governmental organization like UNDP and started his job as Labour Investigator Officer in the Ministry of Labor and Social affairs in 2012. In addition, shortly after, then He was appointed as acting director for the procurement Department. Moreover, after the successfully completing post and Salary examination and the examination of Capacity Building of Resources (CBR) in free competition. He was appointed the Official Director of the mentioned department and he carried out this task successfully for seven years.
At last, by the ministry of labor and social affairs leadership Suggestion, Mr. Masoudullah Oryakhil has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Financial and administrative Affairs for the ministry of labor and social affairs and currently working in the mentioned position.
