The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs Met with the CEO of Kam Air

The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, met in his office with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kam Air, Captain Jahed Azimi, along with his accompanying delegation. He welcomed the guests and expressed his satisfaction with Kam Air’s work and activities, as well as the company’s commitment to ensuring the rights of its employees.

Kam Air shall implement transparency in recruitment; short-term and long-term programs aimed at capacity building; fair wages and wage payment mechanisms; leave policies; work discipline; benefits and incentive measures; provision of uniforms; and the use of protective equipment and safety measures in the workplace. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is ready to cooperate in every possible way with all airline companies, especially Kam Air, in accordance with its principles and laws. The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, added these remarks with the CEO of Kam Air.

At the end of the meeting, the CEO of Kam Air, Captain Jahed Azimi, shared information about the company’s activities, achievements, and challenges, and pledged to properly implement the legislative documents related to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
