The Children’s rights protection law introduced after president approval.

After the approve of His Excellency Muhammad Ashraf Ghani The Afghan President, the Children’s rights protection law was introduced in a large ceremony by Sarwar Danish, Second Vice President of Afghanistan.

Children’s rights protection law cornerstones are Islamic and Humanitarian principles Mr. Danish Said.

An international fund for the protection of Children has established globally and miraculously Afghanistan annexed with several children protection organizations, Agreements and conventions. Moreover, this law is a better executive Mechanism for the support of Children in our Country, He Further added.

Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has greater coordinative and administrative implementation rule. Beside this ministry, other relative Ministries and Administrations are obligated to implement this law, Vice president Added.

Better Support and protection of children is the support and protection of our country, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has short-term and long-term programs for children’s protection in our country. Said; Ghulam Haider Jilani Deputy Minister of Social Affairs.

The Approval and implementation of this law is vital step for children protection, said, Shima SenGupta Deputy and Acting Country Director of UNICEF in Afghanistan.

It is mentionable that Children’s rights protection law arranged in 16 chapters and 108 Articles and this law penetrated after issues of presidential decree date.
