Agreements concluded to Activate Digital Document Management and Asan Wazifa Systems at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs

Agreements were concluded between the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, and the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Alhaj Mawlavi Najibullah Hayat Haqani, for the establishment and activation of the Digital Document Management System and the Asan Wazifa Systems at MoLSA.
First, in this meeting, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs said the Asan Wazifa system will reduce the distance between job seekers and employers, to facilitate the hiring of talented Afghans, and it would be effective in launching accurate labor market surveys.
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs appreciates the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's efforts in promoting electronic governance. The systems are being activated, and they will be useful in managing tasks and facilitating operations.
After that, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology said, We are striving to activate advanced systems to ease operations within Emirati institutions and Ministries through the use of information technology.
The Document Management System is designed for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to process registering, transferring, and tracking documents securely and transparently. Through this system, the clients will be able to submit their documents online and track the location of their documents in the process.
Through the Asan Wazifa System, emirate institutions and the private sector across the country will be able to publicly announce job vacancies. Key components of the system will include staff management, job search, CVs, and management of applications.
