Every inflexible phenomenon and administration is unsustainable

In the first day of the workshop, His Excellency Faizullah Zaki Minister of Labour and Social Affairs said in the inauguration speech of the two-day strategic coordination workshop which all the central and provincial directors and officers participated: that every inflexible phenomenon and administration will be unsustainable.

We have started the New Year with new plans, programs, and identity. After the compartmentalization of Martyrs and Disabled Deputy and the General Directorate of Retiree’streasury. Our main focus in this year will be on labor relationships, sustainable work, and constructive management of labor’s Market and Social Affairs in our society, Zaki further added.                                                                               Top of Form                       

For the next five years, we have approved more laws, regulations, and guides, followed the commitments of National Labour conference and brought basic changes and reforms in ministry’s administration as the main purpose of this workshop is to evaluate all of these innovations and implementation of them in capital and provinces Zaki revealed.

At the second and final day of the workshop of strategic coordination Mr. Sayed Abdul Karim Hashimi deputy minister of Labour Affairs talked about the importance and activities of trilateral High Labour Council which includes government, Laborers and entrepreneurs and added: this Council is the most high ranking and important decision-making address in issues related to labor like fixing the maximum of wage, Reservation, Social responsibilities, social protection, work insurance and all the decisions related to labor.

Ghulam Mustafa Harooni the General Director of Law and Labour conditions improvement talked about all the newly approved law and regulation during the past year and said: I’m so glad that we have finalized the regulation of Nongovernmental and private sector staff member’s retirements which will be implemented in near future.

At the end several presentations were presented to the participants about Labor Audit, implementation of National Labour conference commitments, improvement of information technology, behavior method of civil servants, Laborers dispatch to foreign countries and all the programs and plans of the ministry for New Year. In the final moments of the workshop, several multilateral dialogues were launched between provincial and central directors and high ranking officials about the challenges and problems of provincial administrations, some directions were given by the leadership of the ministry for the improvements of their Activities.

It is mentionable that this workshop was launched for more and more aware of new Laws and regulations and for the creation of more coordination between all administrations.
