A three-Day awareness program has begun for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs employees. In this program, the MoLSA provincial employees of Maidan Wardak, Logar, Parwan, Ghazni, Kapisa, Bamyan, and Panjshir provinces attended. The purpose of this program was implementation of the annual plan, strengthen coordination in administrative affairs, and achieve the expected results.

During the three-day program, the employees will learn and receive essential information on planning, reporting, budgeting, auditing, and the effective use of newly established electronic systems. The program is intended to strengthen coordination, enhance central and provincial collaboration, and accelerate implementation of the work process.

The Ministry’s key responsibilities should be clearly communicated to the people at the provincial level, while existing work processes should be better organized, labor market needs identified, and timely, effective solutions developed and implemented. Key priorities include expanding technical and vocational education, supporting vulnerable groups, aligning activities with available resources, and ensuring staff focus on departmental objectives. At the opening ceremony, Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, emphasized the importance and value of effective planning and highlighted these priorities.

Following this, Mawlawi Mohibullah Habibi, Director of Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, said effective planning clearly defines the objectives of employees, managers, and the administration as a whole. He added that it helps establish priorities and strengthens coordination and coherence in implementing activities.

It is worth mentioning that on the second day of the program, representatives from relevant ministry departments will provide information on training needs, research and reporting forms, vulnerable groups, work permits, and newly established electronic systems.

The program aims to address administrative challenges, improve work processes, and deliver standardized, effective, and quality services to citizens.
