The system was inaugurated by His Excellency Sayed Anwar Sadat Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and Ahmad Massoud Toukhi, the General Head of the civil service Administration. implementation of this system of E-government is an important step that will prevent bureaucracy and corruption and will also bring more facilitates in administrative trends, Sayed Anwar Sadat, Acting Minister of the Labor and Social Affairs said in the opening ceremony of Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) in his Administration. This the system was developed and made by Afghans, where all the information of the civil servants would be recorded, Ahmad Massoud Toukhi, Head of the civil service administration revealed. Implementation of this system will prevent ghost employees, he added. It is mentionable that up to now, one hundred thousand civil servants have been enrolled in this system.
