MOLSA hold first organizational culture transition conference.
The organizational culture transition meeting about cultural change and good behavior in organizations was launched in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs with the help of independent administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission for the first time after IARCSC.
At first this Meeting was addressed by Sayed Anwar Sadat acting Minister of labor and social affairs, that said: Each employee of the civil services should be responsible and always have best behavior with their compatriots and clients.
The ministry of labor and social affairs is the first committed organization for this principal which opens the mentioned program after the independent administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission said: Sayeed Anwar Sadat.
He added: servants of civil services are hired to deliver good services to the countrymen so it is necessary to these employees to strive for good behavior with clients and should work in time management.
We must always be responsible and accountable to our countrymen about our performances, Mr. Sadat added.
Good performances in administration for achieving and Maintaining Credibility and reputation is a common value of all employees of the administration. all employees should work together to maintain this value of their administrations, said Maiwand Rahiab a commissioner of independent administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission.
He added: The independent administrative Reforms and Civil Service Commission is committed for better implementation of the transition to organizational culture program through public awareness in all governmental administrations throughout the country and we will cooperate with these administrations in the systematic planning of this culture.
It is mentionable that several representatives from the Academy of Science, private Sector and women Associations were invited and took part as panelists in the program. this Argument and discussion were usefully ended in a friendly environment as the participants and the panel members talked on the related topic.
