به اساس تلاش و هم‌آهنگی ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی ولایت هرات با نهادهای امداد رسان؛ برای ۴۴۳ خانوادهٔ نادار و نیازمند در ولسوالی شیندند آن ولایت که قبلأ شناسایی و گزینش شده بودند، به هر خانواده مبلغ پنج‌هزار و سه صد و چهل افغانی از سوی دفتر وارچایلد کمک نقدی شد.
گفتنی‌است که این کمک‌ها برای سه دوره بوده که دور اول آن قبلاً توزیع شده بود و دور دوم و سوم آن اکنون در یک مرحله برای نیازمندان پرداخت شد.
