برای ۶۰ تن از کودکان یتیم و کارگر از خانواده‌های بی‌سرپرست در ولایت بامیان که قبلاً در هم‌آهنگی با ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی آن ولایت از سوی نهاد تحقیقاتی، فرهنگی و گردش‌گری «ساینا» سروی و شناسایی گردیده بودند، برای هر کودک ۵۰ کیلوگرام آرد، ۷ کیلوگرام نخود، ۵ پنج لیتر روغن و یک کیلوگرام بوره توزیع شد.
گفتنی‌است که برای این کودکان، زمینهٔ فراگیری رایگان برنامه‌های آموزشی شش‌ماهه در بخش انگلیسی و کمپیوتر نیز فراهم گردیده‌است.
