گفتنی‌است که برای هر خانم، سه بوری زغال سنگ توزیع گردیده و ریاست کار و امور اجتماعی بلخ با سپاس‌گزاری از همکاری‌های دفتر یادشده، از دیگر نهادهای امداد رسان نیز خواست تا با نیازمندان در آن ولایت کمک نمایند.
