The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Meets the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in to Afghanistan
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, met today in his office with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Afghanistan, Mr. Ali Reza Beikdeli. They discussed bilateral relations, particularly the expansion of labor relations, quantitative and qualitative development of technical and vocational training in Afghanistan, the situation of Afghan refugees residing in Iran, and the legal transfer of Afghan workers.
It is essential to benefit from the successful experiences of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of technical and vocational training, as well as labor market management, in Afghanistan. Furthermore, it is crucial to expand bilateral trade and economic relations. The presence of Afghan workers in Iran must be regulated and brought out of illegal status so that their problems can be resolved to a large extent. Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari stated these remarks with the Iranian Ambassador to Kabul after welcoming Mr. Beikdeli and his accompanying delegation.
The economic and trade relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have significantly expanded and continue to grow. These economic and trade opportunities create many employment prospects in both friendly countries and pave the way for further investment. We hope that in the near future, the Deputy Minister for Job Creation of the Islamic Republic of Iran will visit Afghanistan to discuss the exchange of workforce, better labor market management, sharing successful experiences in the field of technical and vocational training, and exploring existing active and potential opportunities. After the arrival of the Job Creation Deputy Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Afghanistan, fruitful discussions can take place on further strengthening relations between the two countries. The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kabul mentioned these remarks in the meeting with the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
