A Three-Day Training Workshop for Labor Inspectors has Begun at the MoLSA
The Director of Labor Inspection and Guidance, in coordination with the Directorate of Planning and Policy, has launched a three-day workshop for 90 labor inspectors of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The purpose of the workshop is to build up the capacity by providing information on the new work guidelines, questionnaires, and the development of individuals work plans.
Enhancing the capacity of employees is one of the ministry’s top priorities therefore; training programs are fundamentally important for administrative reforms and improving the quality of services. In particular, strengthening the capacity of labor inspectors will pave the way for greater transparency and justice in the workplace. Compliance and acceptance of responsibility in administrative affairs play a significant and notable role in increasing efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness. The Deputy Minister of Labor Affairs, Alhaj Mawlavi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, added at the opening of workshop.
Performing assigned responsibilities in a professional manner, fostering obedience, honesty, sincerity, integrity, and coordination in work, improving employees’ professional skills, timely problem-solving, standardizing work processes, and increasing familiarity with new procedures and guidelines will play an effective role in enhancing the quality of administrative work and better implementation of labor laws. The Director of the Labor Inspection and Guidance, Mawlavi Abdul Mateen Mawlavizada, added these remarks and stressed the importance of the workshop.
It is worth mentioning that the main objective of this three-day training workshop is to explain the newly developed guideline for labor inspectors, so that they can contribute to ensuring greater transparency and justice in the workplace.
