The Guidelines for the Deployment of Legal Workers Abroad and the Prevention of Illegal Migration discussed

A meeting was held under the leadership of the Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Alhaj Mullah Abdul Manan Omari, to discuss the guidelines for deploying Afghan skilled workers abroad. In this meeting, representatives from various Ministries and administrations participated to discuss the legal guidelines and procedures for deploying workers abroad and preventing illegal migration.
At the beginning of the meeting, besides welcoming the guests, His Excellency the Acting Minister of Labor and Social Affairs (MOLSA) added: prevention of the illegal migration of Afghan workers abroad could pave the way for legal deployment. We can follow up on the deployment of the Afghan workforce, and seriously discuss it with skilled laborer’s need skilled laborers. In this regard, some progress has already been made, and we are engaged with them to facilitate the process by accepting Afghan Workers in their respective countries, Mullah Omari Said.
The above-mentioned guidelines had been prepared by various Ministries and administrations, and their finalization and implementation would provide facilitation for the workers, Mullah Omari further added.
After that, the Deputy Minister of Information and Culture, Mawlavi Qudratullah Jamal, also expressed his happiness over the preparation of the guidelines and ensured cooperation of the Ministry of Information and Culture in this regard.
Other participants of the meeting also shared their views and pledged cooperation from their respective administrations.
In conclusion, the participants of the meeting made a decision to form a committee from the representatives of the relevant administrations. They would work jointly to enhance these guidelines and present them in the next meeting after completion.
It is worth mentioning, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), the Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoIA), the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), the Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC), Ministry of Pilgrimage and Religious Affairs (MoPRA), the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MoUDH), and the National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA) participated in today's meeting.
